Question 1: Where will my car be serviced?
Answer 1: When at all possible and depending on availability, it will be serviced at the nearest main dealer who represents your cars manufacturer. If for some reason there is no availability we will complete the work at an alternative main dealer franchise.
Question 2: Is the service work covered under warranty?
Answer 2: Yes, all work carried out is warranted, and parts used are also approved and warranted.
Question 3: What happens if my car needs extra work or parts?
Answer 3: During the booking process you are asked for a contact phone number or email, if required we will always seek your approval before extras are completed.
Question 4: What if I require maintenance other than routine service work?
Answer 4: Simply email us specifics of your requirements and we will quote you by return.
